Vi Duc Truong is a cinematographer based in Oslo, Norway.
He honed his skills by taking photos and filming his friends skateboarding. At 18 years old, he secured his first role as a 2nd AC on two film projects. A self-taught learner and adept problem solver, he has experience in cinematography, photography, editing, gaffing and focus pulling. Vi Duc has collaborated with notable clients including Nike, Adidas, H&M, DNB, Huawei, Pepsi Max and Telenor, among others. Drawing from his skateboarding background, he infuses the tempo and attitude of street culture into his visuals. Vi Duc remains actively engaged in skateboarding.
